The Pinole Youth Program offers different classes and activities throughout the year for children 3-17 years old and at the Youth Center, St. Joseph Elementary School, Fernandez Park, Pinole Valley Tennis courts,  and several other facilities and parks.

To register for any of the classes and activities, please go to the Online Registration and it will take you to the registration site.  Next, click on PROGRAMS and then click on one of these choices -Enrichment Classes or Sports Go to the REGISTRATION INFO tab for online registration instructions.  Go to the FAQ tab to get some answers about registration.

ENRICHMENT CLASSES offered during Academic School Year
Find a class here to help your child develop his/her interests/passions, new talents, and challenge them in areas of academic, sports, and social development.

Parent and Me Cooking class:
For children ages 3-5
 "Young chefs" won't need a passport to "visit" countries & their cuisine.  Lots of eating & tasting.  Parents support their children ages 3-5 to learn about varieties of food & cookware.  Recipes are age-appropriate & fun too. New theme each session!

Cooking Round the World Cooking Classes 
For youth ages 6-12 years old
This class gives girls and boys an awesome insight into the foods and ingredients from around the world, by cooking and eating!  They will learn techniques, recipes, and ingredients while cooking 1-2 authentic dishes from the country or the theme of the week.  Completely hands-on, creative, fun, and YUMMY! Below are some of the cooking themes offered throughout the year!

 SPORTS

TENNIS LESSONS for youth ages 6-15 years old
This high-energy program emphasizes the fundamentals of tennis.  Light conditioning and fun game are taught in a positive and safe environment.  Participants must bring their own racquet, sun protection/sunscreen, and plenty of water
 

LEADERS IN TRAINING (LIT)
The LIT Program is for teens entering 10th through 12 grades and to help them gain community service hours, job, and leadership skills. At this time our LIT program is closed.
