PINOLE READY is a collaborative emergency management program that encompasses the City of Pinole services and the community. Its purpose is the organization and management of resources and responsibilities for dealing with all aspects of emergencies. PINOLE READY is a never-ending cycle covering preparedness, response, recovery, and mitigation of emergencies.

Disaster Preparedness

Disasters can occur at anytime and history reveals we are not immune in Pinole. Earthquakes, floods, landslides, and gas line ruptures are just a few disasters that have hit our area. While mitigation or the prevention of emergencies is vital, we need everyone to be prepared so that we as a community can effectively respond and then recover from an emergency.
