350 Contra Costa 

350 Contra Costa is building a grassroots climate movement in Contra Costa and the Bay Area. Advocates for a healthy climate, sustainable clean energy solutions, and environmental justice for all residents.

Earth Team (Pinole Valley High School)

On Earth Day, April 22, 1994, half a billion people around the world joined together to put forth new environmental visions for a sustainable future. High school and middle school students and youth groups across California’s San Francisco Bay Area got a head start by participating in the creation of Earth Team, a collaborative conservation network connecting Bay Area youth, teachers and young leaders with numerous environmental, educational, and government organizations; here was a niche that needed filling.

Friends of the Pinole Creek Watershed

Friends of Pinole Creek Watershed provides educational opportunities for the general public around the Pinole Creek watershed. We contribute to the restoration, monitoring, and assessment of the creek and watershed ecosystems.

The Green Team (St. Joseph Elementary School)

The Green Team at St. Joseph Elementary School is a dynamic group of children who work together on a number of projects which focus on ways to protect the environment and spreading awareness about climate change.

Pinole Garden Club

Pinole Garden Club invites you to join us. We have been active for over 65 years and are very proud of all that we have achieved. Our club is dedicated to creating and promoting a further interest in gardening, in plant life, pollinators and in appreciation of the natural beauty of California. We are service oriented and community minded.
