The City of Pinole would like to honor your loved one’s wealth of experience and longevity through its Centenarian Program.
Applications are available at the Senior Center and our website. Completed copies can be dropped off at the Senior Center, 2500 Charles Ave. or emailed to [email protected]. The application can also be completed online by completing the form below. Centenarians will be honored with a proclamation at a Council Meeting. The honoree must be a resident or a longtime resident of the City of Pinole.
