PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The project consists of constructing an addition to the existing office commercial building and a new multifamily apartment building containing 29 units, as well as associated improvements, at the rear of the 1.74-acre lot. The existing building exterior, landscaping, and front parking area would be updated.
