Verifications of Employment (VOE)

You may request a verification of employment for current/former employee(s) any of the following ways:

Only employment dates and position will be verbally verified by phone. For information including salary, a signed Authorization Release Form must accompany a VOE.

 

PUBLIC RECORDS REQUESTS

The California Public Records Act (GC § 6250-6270) provides the public the right to obtain or access public records. To request documents, please complete the online Public Records Request form by clicking here and file the form with the City Clerk's Office. You may file your form any of the following ways:

 - In person at City Hall;

- By mail (City Clerk’s Office, 2131 Pear Street, 2nd Floor, Pinole, CA 94564);

- Email (City Clerk: [email protected]); or

- Fax to 510-724-9826.
