ABOUT THE PLAN State law requires that local redevelopment agencies adopt a five-year implementation plan for every redevelopment project area. The implementation plan is the vision and guide for redevelopment through its 5-year planning period and provides a means through which an agency implements programs and works toward its goals and objectives.
As the Agency's policy statement as to the types of programs and projects it wishes to undertake over the five-year period, the Implementation Plan assists the Agency in setting priorities and allocating resources for redevelopment activities. The Redevelopment Agency Board adopted the 2010-2014 Pinole Redevelopment Agency Implementation Plan on August 4, 2009.
Pinole's current Implementation Plan is available for download here.
