Tiny Tot Sports
This is a 1 hour per week program that is designed to promote the social and physical development of your child through sports. Parents can drop off their children and/or watch their child participate in the drills and exercises. Each session consists of 4 classes. Drop-In is available.

Kid Yoga and Movement
This class introduces children to the ideas behind yoga, as well as yogic poses, breathing, and visualizations and is designed to equip young ones with the tools to promote health naturally. Through a variety of games and interactive stories the children will experience the ancient art of yoga. Engage your child’s creativity while improving coordination, balance, flexibility, concentration, and breath control. The practice of yoga helps people to be healthy, happy, and strong through natural self-care practices. Plant the seed of natural self-care for your child and sign them up for this exciting class! Please bring your own yoga mat. Children participating in this class should wear clothes that are comfortable to move freely in.
