Pipeline through Pinole
The pipeline would stretch from Richmond (through Pinole) to Rodeo and Martinez. Hydrogen would be produced at Richmond, used by refineries there and piped underground to refineries in Rodeo and Martinez. The County is the lead in reviewing the project from an environmental certification standpoint, but Praxair will need permits from the City of Pinole for construction.
