Due to our current budget situation and staffing reductions, the hours of service to the public will be changing at City Hall. The new hours are:
City Hall and Administrative Offices (2nd floor) 8 am 4:30 pm Monday through Thursday, but we will now be closed on Friday.
Planning/Building/Public Works public counter (1st floor)

| Wednesday | 1:30 pm 5:30 pm; closed the morning hours |
| Thursday | 1:30 pm 5:30 pm; closed the morning hours |
| Friday | Closed |
This means that City Hall will be closed to the public every Friday. Employees will still be working, but they will not be able to serve the public on this day of the week.
When the counters are closed, the City’s main line of 724-9000 will utilize the telephone tree to direct callers to their needed services. Direct phones will still ring to employee’s desks. With fewer staff to handle all of our duties, staff will be relying more heavily on the voice-mail system. Staff will be checking voice-mail and email regularly, and returning calls as promptly as possible.
As our economic condition improves, these service hours will be evaluated and changes will be made as appropriate.
